Returns

What is your return policy?
If you are not fully happy with the goods you have received, you can return them to us within 14 days of receipt for a refund and 28 days for an exchange, providing they are in an original resalable condition. Once returned you will be entitled to receive an exchange or a refund, which will not include the cost of the original postage and packaging. We cannot refund or exchange items that appear to have been worn, washed, or are not in original condition.

Return Guidelines?
All returned items must be unworn, unwashed, and complete with original tags and/or packaging if applicable.

We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.

All Items must be in an original, resalable condition.

Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in the post.

Please make sure all return packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.

We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.

If you return an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package ‘RETURNED GOODS’, to avoid any customs charges. Tribal Society is NOT responsible for any return custom charges made.
How will I know when you have my return and when will I get my refund? 
You will receive an email once we have the items back. Once checked to ensure it is in the relevant packaging, unworn and not damaged, we will then process your refund which will take on average 3-5 business days.

Delivery

How can I track my item(s)?
Visit the Track My Order page and fill in the details. We will then let you know where your packages is and the estimated time & date of arrival.
Do you ship internationally? 
Yes, we offer world-wide shipping on all products, however please note we can’t ship our TS Eau De Parfum to Ireland.
I have opted for delivery but want to collect instore? 
Give our team a ring on 0151 662 0176. Unfortunately, if your order has already been processed for delivery there is nothing we can do and you will have to wait for your order to be delivered.
I haven’t received my order? 
Visit the Track My Order page to check where your order is. If it says it has been delivered but you have not received, then give our team a call and we will be happy to assist.

Our shipping provider will offer images as to where the parcel was delivered to which could help you identify where your parcel is.
Can I amend/ cancel my order? 
Drop us a message or call the team on 0151 662 0176. If your order has not yet been processed then we can refund or make changes to the order.

Please note that if you want to cancel, refunds take around 3-5 business days until they are back in your account.
