What is Resell / Rewear?
We are conscious of the fast fashion epidemic that is having a real negative impact in the retail worldhave been looking into ways we can try to find solutions.
Our platform allows you to buy and/ or sell your pre-loved Tribal Society clothing on our very own integrated platform. Meaning you can sell your pre-loved clothing back to us for store credit to use on a future purchase, or you can buy a quality, second-hand item for less than 50% RRP.
HOW TO TRADE IN
Follow the steps below to begin your TRIBAL Rewear trade-in, to receive store credit.
Please note: this service is currently only available in the UK.
Step 1: Visit Us Instore Or Fill In Our Returns Form
Got your quality second-hand Tribal Society garment ready to sell back to us? Visit us in our Liverpool store any Tuesday, or in our Chester store on a Wednesday.
Alternatively fill in our resell form attached, and some images of your item and send to our email address.
Step 2: We Vet The Item(s)
Once we have seen your product instore or via images within an email, we will then check the condition and offer you store credit for the item.
Note that if you send us an email with the images, there will be a second vetting process once you have actually sent us the items. This is to ensure quality and resell value.
Step 3: Store Credit
If you accept the store credit offered, it will be added to your account once we have the items.
If you decide you don't want to sell anymore, you can leave the store with your item, or we will ship it back to you.
Step 4: Happy Shopping!
Once you have your store credit you can use this against any other item online or instore.
The credit will be applied to your account instantly, so you can shop the same day as you sell! You can also enjoy the fact that you have helped towards the fast fashion pandemic.
